ESRI Summer 2025

ESRI 2025 introduced a creative new theme: Pediatrics Meets Pop Culture. This year, students explored the intersection of medicine and media by analyzing popular films with medical themes. Each team researched the real-life disease or disorder highlighted in their chosen movie and developed a comprehensive research paper around it. To take their work a step further, students designed global-level pitch decks proposing innovative solutions, blending scientific insight with creativity and critical thinking. The result was a truly unique showcase of how research can connect with culture to inspire awareness and change.
